Chuck Ettensohn
Chuck is our leader and accordion (and avocado) player. He's a talented and dedicated musician, and his passion for the music keeps the band focused. His wife, Patty Doody, is an accomplished dancer in several genres, who often helps in pre-dance instruction.

Mark is a talented fiddler, who has dedicated his life to playing and teaching traditional music. He has played for years with the Oldtime band, Lackawanna Longnecks, and has played with the Boiled Buzzards, and Cajun Fever.

Roberta Miller
Roberta lends her sweet clear voice as the lead singer in the band, and plays both lead and second fiddle. Her solid rhythm on the triangle really adds to the Cajun sound.

Annie adds a steady guitar rhythm and lead and harmony vocals. She currently plays piano with the Band du Jour for local contra dances, sings and plays with the duo South Wind, and plays guitar and sings with the Panther Hollow String Band.

A multi-instrumentalist, Steve joined the band in 2012, adding solid bottom as the bass player with the band. He also sings lead and harmony, and plays guitar when Annie's playing fiddle. Steve currently plays with Gringo Zydeco, a Zydeco/Creole/Cajun band that complements the GBR dance series.
